Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all clients, the following policy applies to all appointments: 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • If a client fails to show up, their credit card on file will be immediately charged 50% of the total service cost for the missed appointment. • If, for any reason, the 50% payment does not go through, the client will be required to pay the outstanding balance upfront along with full payment for the upcoming service at their next appointment. 3. Valid Credit Card on File • A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure appointments. • Any outstanding balances, including fees for missed appointments, will be charged to the card on file if not paid by other means. 4. Service Suspension for Repeated No-Shows • Three (3) missed appointments (late cancellations or no-shows) will result in a suspension or cancellation of services.
